Rode the bike out to Richmond and got one run in before the downpour. Wasn't even paying attention to shifting or speed with that run either. Everyone was telling me that there wasn't much braking distance out there so I was paying too much attention to everything else BUT my bike. Started braking when I saw the huge EXIT sign. Missed it by a mile. Rode all the way to the end of the track to exit. First time at a track and I get rained out after a crappy run. Then had to ride home in the pouring rain.

this might be a dumb question but...

can you get all season tires for sportbikes? only asking cause every tire i've seen has had huge contact patches and didnt look like they'd be too friendly in the wet.

 

i was out there. it started to sprinkle, and as it got harder everyone got up and left. some good racing out there though. i didn't get too wet.

 

i was there, first person in row 7 when i pulled in and i didnt even get to make a run. when is the raincheck event?

 

I was out at VMP. Feet are still wet. Had to push a damn car.
I didn't do much more than take video. Goat said he will post them so keep an eye out. Hehe they probably get a little shakey up top but I tried.

went to dinwiddie, got three runs in before it rained, i dont think im ever gonna go there again unless its an import event, the way they run the track is just crap and theres so many god damn cars out there its ridiculous.........

 

yea, goat had some awesome runs. thats one hell of a truck.

 

it sure the hell is.......the only highlight of my night was putting a hurting on a new evo, and it was such a shitty run for me, but i walked him down after he beat me out the hole.........

 

i remember the EVO. why was he only hitting 14's? wich car were you driving? i saw him run twice but dont remember who beat him.

 

i was driving a white integra, it was a bad night for me, my best run was 13.7, i should have broken a 13.3 cause i hit 13.5@109 last time, but it was pretty chilly outside and my tires suck, i hate street tires, plus im not the master of traction control, even when i pedal the gas i still spin, hell i was ripping 3rd, i need slicks.........
