Default Removing stuck subframe bushing

So in trying to install some subframe bushing collars one of the bushing is stuck to the chassis.

Here's a picture of what's going on (click for bigger image)

and here's a lovely paint masterpiece of a diagram

Any ideas on how to get these separated aside from dropping the entire subframe? I've already tried: WD-40, PB Blaster, a chisel and an impact hammer to no avail.

Got to brake out the torch mang. Ideally drop it down few inches so you have more room to work with. Heat up bushing guts stuck to the stud and hammer it with a chizel where it meets the body in hopes that it will stary to separate. You may have to cut it along the side and then brake in two halfs. Either way your weekend is done for. I have to deal with it quite often. Major bitch.

O btw, in real life. Победит тот, кто сильней.

Well I already tried using a puller to get some extra separation between the subframe and the chassis, but its not nearly enough to get anything in to cut it length-wise. If you notice in the first picture the rubber part of the bushing is all tore up, that's from using the puller.

The reason I got collars instead of solid bushings was to avoid dropping the subframe

If a pry bar doesn't work, use a small factory jack and find a opening where you can sit the jack on the subframe and have it push up on the chassis. Other than that

Are the bushing shells stuck in?

If so, do what I did. Take apart your hacksaw, and re-assemble it with the blade through the sleeve of the old bushing. Saw that bitch through, you may have to make 2 cuts to make it work. Make those cuts and hammer away.

What are you suggesting I cut/hammer?

I'm not trying to remove the bushing, just get the sleeve that slides over the bolt so that it moves freely.
