Anyone here been screwed by this tow company?

I'm seriously trying to set up a class action lawsuit against them. So if anyone has been extorted into paying just to get back their car that was wrongfully towed, please post here or pm me.

And if anyone could possibly help me with setting this up, maybe suggest an attorney or something, that would be awesome.

dont even get me started with these motherfuckers. they towed atleast 10 for my friends cars while i lived in my first apartment.

one time they towed my girlfriends (ex now) car. It was an R32 and was AWD and they dirug it all the way to there lot. Then they tried to tell her that she was stupid and didnt know what she was talking about. Then the douche bag jimmy told her that if she ran around the lot naked that she could have her car back without paying. They tried to tow my civic hatch one night at like 2am and all my neighbors came to get me. I ran outside in my boxers and they had my shit on go-jacks moving it down the street. I made the fucker drop the car and leave it alone. Fagget even said that he was;nt actually going to tow it. The motherfuck had it in the middle of the street right behind his truck. Shit got really loud and the cops came. I moved out a couple weeks later with 3 months still on my lease. I just payed the 3 months rent and balled out.

RJ or gtisytle got his shit towed by them in front of my house. his shit was litteraly a inch off the ground and they broke his front lip and shit and just drugg it all the way to there lot.

FUCK THOSE MOTHERFUCKER!!!

 

So basically, if you're parked illegally they tow you.

So where's the problem?

 

They also tow if you are parked legally, have no regard for your vehicle, and take any opportunity they have to tow your car, i.e. before the warning time is up.

Push come to shove, tow companies are above the law. they can tow anyone at any time and steal anything out of anyones vehicle that they decide they want. you are at their mercy 100%... if you dont like it, buy more lube, there will be no class action anything...
