Default anyone good at car electronics

Hello every one I was wondering if there is anyone in the NOVA area that is good at car electronics. I am having a problem with my car that I would like to get fixed as soon as possible. I tried fixing it myself, but I can't figure out the problem. The car is a 1993 mercedes benz 300E
the climate system is not working on the darn thing. I am not really trying to get raped by a shop so I need someone who can do this at a reasonable price, if anyone is good at this PM me so we can set up a day for you to take a look at the car. Thanks in advance.

I have replaced all the fuses some dude checked it out, but he looked sketchy so I didn't want him to keep going with it. he didn't do anything tho I have everything apart already all he did was test everything. the blower motor works, the button console, blower motor regulator. I don't know what else to check (might be a relay, but I have no way to test that) thats why I want someone who knows their stuff to check the car out. let me know when you are available. thank you.
