Default EP3 Seats

So i scooped up some EP3 front seats and i have 1 mounted in my EG Hatch now. Problem is, it sits a little to high for me. Is there a way i can get these to set a little lower? Some people are telling me to switch rails and weld the EG ones to the EP3 ones. Reason i dont wanna do that is i dont wanna risk burn the swede on the seats. Here was my suggestion, could i just order some Recaro seat rails and put them on these seats and then put them in or do you have any other suggestions?

Heres what i got so far..

I had to swap the seat buckle thing to the EG one too.

I see alot of people do it, but i can find HOW they do it. LMK!

Thanks in advance!

Thats the bad thing about EP3 seats, alot of people don't like sitting that high. If your gonna go through all the trouble with new sliders?brackets, you might want to get new seats and sell these to me

I got a really good deal on them and they arent going anywhere. I was just thinkin about getting aftermarket sliders and bolting them to the EP3 pan. Im still not decided yet.

Aftermarket stuff generally sits even higher than stock.

Wedge eng. or a nice quality Bracket and slider will work. Take the pan off and have a good welder do it. You may loose the plastics on the side though. Good luck and keep us posted how you do this.
