As title states, I'm in need of some wheels with good tires. Inspection is due, and instead of putting new meats on my old wheels (which I don't really care for), I'm looking to get some different wheels.

I'm on a a budget of around $500, so no need offering me Volks, Mugens, etc. unless you plan on parting with them in my budget range. Good tires are mandatory, as this is for state inspection.
