Default How to pass emissions???
I know this is probably a repeated thread, but...

I am thinking about buying a turbo car that WILL NOT pass emissions in NOVA. Does anybody know of a way of getting around passing emissions, or know any place I can maybe pay off to throw another car onto a emissions tester or something?

car is a 2000 dc2

If you don't already know the answer on how to pass emissions or become exempt, you probably should buy another car.

There's an inspection station off braddock road in fairfax. Call 703-323-4500 to make an appointment.

I got mine done there last week, great guys! They even had food and drinks for everybody.
