i have an eg hatch tubed out sitting on bbs and i want to paint them hot pink!!!!!what yall think and do you know of any place that could paint them????

Pinks been done a lot on Subarus. I looks ok, I don't think it would look good on your mesh wheels though. Too much solid surface for a color that bright. Might look ok keeping the rims polished or some darker/subdued color, I'd have to see it before I passed judgment though.
