ECU and wiring harness

Like the title said i am lookin for a p28 or p06 ecu for my 1990 civic hatchback. I also am lookin for SI harness. Im tryin to switch over to single cam vtec but this is the 2 things that are holdin me back.

I have a clean and uncut 90 si harness... $80 picked up..

chipped ZIF socket p28 ecu- $160

chipped converted to VTEC p06-$120
