I had the Complete Tune up done at 90k/mi by a Certified Honda Tech.
-Timing Belt.
-Drive Belt
-Seals
-New Fluids
-Plugs

Transmission:
-Original 5spd no grinds or anything
-Stock Clutch works just fine
-Stock flywheel but can include a Fidanza 7lb lightened flywheel for D-series.

Exterior:
- Clean White exterior with a couple little dings around the car.
-TYC Clean Headlights.
-Inspection is good until April 09
-SI front Grille

Interior:
-Clean grey LS seats
-Never smoked in or had any pets in it.
-Stock shifter
-Completely Stock

Tires/Wheels:
-Right now its sitting on some BF Goodrich Steelies. I would say theyre in pretty good shape about 90% thread on the fronts and about 40% on the rears.
-Camber Kit installed and an Alignment was done. The car rides nice and straight!

Suspension:
-KYB-AGX 8 way adjustable struts
-Skunk 2 springs
-It sits really nice and rides well too.

New things/ Good Things:
-Replaced Valve Cover Gasket 2 months ago.
-New oil change
-New rotors and good brakes
-New Catback exhaust(when I got the car the factory one had some rusting, so I replaced with another stock one.)
-Clean Carfax Report. No Accidents.
-This car was my DD and I took great care of it because I was planning on keeping it for a while, but plans change and now Im selling it. I am the third owner. I am negotiable on the price, so throw me some offers but nothing ridiculouse please! I am not accepting any trades. Thanks.
