Is that a question? Yeah, all four wheels turn. The idea is to decrease turning radius at low speeds and increase stability at higher speeds.

 

Showing the car today, would like to sell it before the week ends. Come test drive, it runs great. Has only had one owner since 1995 and has been kept very clean.
