Worth discussing though. Now that I know this little bit of info about the GTR, The only way I would own one is if it was stupid cheap or was given to me. Thats fuggin' retarded, push a button and your warranty is voided. Your kid gets in the car to see mommy/daddy's new toy, presses a button because the seeing light go off on was cool, and you are screwed.

But i really don't have to worry, I won't be able to afford one until they are out-dated.

Yeah, I posted a thread about the warranty voiding button a week or two ago, got heavily flamed for it too. Guess nobody wants the truth to be told about the GT-R being an unreliable POS.

I wouldn't go as far as saying it is unreliable, when driven "normally"...but just like the video states, you don't buy a car like that to drive it "normal". People can flame if they want... but that is retarded. I remember Bill Talley ford had one of the nitrous equipped Saleen Focuses ( ? Foc-i ? ), the bottle was in it, not filled or hooked up, but if you did either one of those things, the warranty was out of the window. It was retarded but that was an aftermarket car company that modified the car, not FORD. I love Nissan and the GTR is an excelent car, but Nissan should be fuckin' ashamed. i wonder if shit like this applies to any of their NISMO products?

I think the truth is that everyone on this forum is sick of seeing another thread about the GTR.
