The K20a3's and the k24non-a2's came with a version of Vtec similar to the vtec-e. We switched over all of the guts of an a2 head to "convert it"
Both are called I-Vtec, but one of them sucks.

BuMp for a k swapped hatch. Ive got a 97 LS with a 97 TypeR swap. The car has 112k miles and the swap is fresh to death with only 22k miles on it. Its currently daily driven to and from work from my girlfriend. If you are ever interested in trading let me know!
