Since the first one was such a success were doing it again! Basically the same layout as the first with the only real difference being the pitting. Each team will have its own designated pit area where they have to switch drivers. My team got 7th last enduro so no excuses this time! Anything can happen in 100 laps, and it truly is ALOT of fun. Pricing:
-$30.00* Per Racer
-$50.00 down payment to lock in teams position for the race, due no later then 10-8-2008
Team requirements:
-Minimum 4 racers per team
-Allowed up to 2 substitute drivers
-All racers must be present Prior to race start
-One racer(chosen by team)from every team will make 1 timed lap to qualify for start position
-Each racer will complete a maximum/minimum of 25 laps(100 laps total)
Kart/Race Rules:
-No practice after 6:30
-Qualifying will begin at 6:45pm
-Race will begin at 7:30pm
-Karts will be chosen out of a hat.
-Teams may ONLY alter tire pressures
-Passings flags will only be shown as a suggestion
-All other rules and regulations still apply
-1 kart per team, teams may switch karts prior to race
-Track attendants have final ruling
Prizes:
1st Place Team:
-2,000 Points (100 points =1 race)
2nd Place Team:
-1200 Points (100 points = 1 race)
3rd Place Team:
-800 Points(100 points = 1 race)

are all the karts on the track at once or is this a timed event, if all on at same time how many karts?

 

All at the same time. We have 15 karts but are only gonna have 12 at the most at one time so that we have back ups should something go wrong.

 

i know this much, but that way, its not one super team. i mean what fun is it when your getting raped by kick ass drivers?

 

Because as we found out, anything can happen.

The team that won didn't have the fastest drivers. They had a couple but, nothing crazy.

Still had fun even though we had the worst luck possible.

 

What fun is it if your a good driver and are teamed up with a bunch of first timers? Stop worrying about not being a fast driver and get out there and have fun becoming one!
