Working on motor tonight... need help!
Well.. I'm bolting shit back on the motor getting ready to drop it back in this weekend and there a few things lying around that I have no fucking clue where they go or what they hell they are. I usually drop the motor back off with Kienan and let him do everything but I'm attempting to learn something about this damn car so I can deal with some of it myself the next time this happens. So... if anyone is willing to come out and lend a hand... it would be much appreciated.
PM me if you think you can make it... I'll send you my number or address or something.
I'm in OV

Argh. Bags and labels are your friend when you're doing a rebuild. Even when you know what everything is you still often need to keep things in the correct order or keep from mixing up bolt lengths. They make it harder to mix up projects or lose stuff too. It's harder to lose nuts under a workbench when they're in a ziplock bag..
Anyway, good luck but take a tip for next time.. organize.

qft.
everytime before i start taking something apart that will take more than a few hours i make sure i have ziploc bags and a sharpie. lesson learned after having 4 extra bolts when i dropped the tranny on my first truck.
(for the record, nothing bad happened in the 22k miles i drove it with those 4 extra bolts out
)

Thanks for the advice, but I'm aware. Thing is, I didn't take this apart. Kienan did and then it was off to the engine builder. I'm sure he can tell what bolt goes where by looking at it... I can't.
