Previous version, no contract required.
Will work with AT&T or T-mobile
Currently running the latest iPhone 2.0 software +
NES Emulator with about 77 ROMS installed.
No scratches on face, a few on the back from taking the agent18 case on and off that is coming with it. Phone has an anti-glare film over the front and includes everything that it came with minus headphones (dock, usb cable, wall charger).

A little off topic but how long does the battery last on a full charge, say if your watching video or playing games? I think it's 4 hours from factory, doesn't it go down after use?

I used mine this weekend(from 5am Sat through til 11pm Sunday) a lot between using it for navigation on a 9 hour road trip, and looking up stuff online, listening to internet radio also making calls and sending texts, and it lasted me almost the entire time without recharging.
