1992 Toyota Pick Up, 22RE, 5spd, 4WD

I am kicking around the idea of selling my truck and getting a daily driver that gets like 35 mpg due to getting ready to have a 50 mile round trip commute.
1992 Toyota Pick Up 4WD DLX
156,000 miles
22re new timing chain and guides at 150k miles
5spd
Pioneer CD Player with JL Audio speakers in the dash, pioneer 12" sub with a rockford fosgate amp.
Body is in nice shape, has a lil rust on the tail gate where the bed liner rubbed the paint off.
31x10.50x15 tires on aluminum wheels about half tread left on tires
new idler arm and outer tie rod ends, new front rotors and brakes.
Pacesetter cat back exhaust installed at 149k miles
The seat is in decent shape with a tear in the drivers side wear the cloth meets the vinyl.
It books for 3125 in good condition on KBB and clean retail on nadaguides is 3500.

It has ac, I am getting it recharged on the 1st, it blew ice cold when I got the truck but a wiring harness under the hood wore a hole in one of the lines and I am waiting for the new line to come in so I can put it on and recharge it.
The truck gets around 19-21 mpg no bad but I need something that gets more. I would love to keep it but with gas prices the way they are I need something that gets better.
Also there is a lien against the title so it will have to be paid off prior to getting a clear title. The bank said it would take approxiamately 2-3 hours once they receive cleared payment for the DMV to receive the notification of lien release and be able to issue a title.

I also have another cluster hood at my brothers house to replace the part on the dash that has the hole in it. I don't know if anyone else is having problems viewing the pics or not. If so I can email them to you. I view them fine with firefox browser but explorer is not showing them

I can see them fine on explorer. it all depends on the setting people have.
