h23 is non vtec.. the vtec you looking for is an h22

I am currently looking at Miatas and other (different color, and VTEC) Preludes.

UPDATE:

Brembos, Hawk pads, Russell stainless steel lines, (all around) SB fluid, NGK Iridium plugs and wires. All are going on the car on Monday.
