Cedar mulch?

I'm interested in cedar mulch. Let say around 4-5 yards worth. Anyone know who could deliver cedar mulch to the VA Beach area? Only place I know of is Mcdonalds Garden Center, but they want $19 per 1/2 yard + $30 shipping.

I just want to know if I have any other options.
