FS:94 EX Civic Coupe $3400 OBO w/mods

I am selling my 94 EX Civic Coupe. The engine runs strong and clean, the gas gauge does not work and the horn needs to be looked at because it recently stopped working. Do to this horn issue I lowered the price. I do not have the time to fix these things this myself, I need the cash for some personal reasons. I am asking $3400 or best offer.
