ok well here the gist of it
again it a 1991 eagle talon esi that does not start.
-it has no spark and no fuel
-it runs if i click over the mpi relay(12 voltage at realy just not the 12 to click it over)
-followed the wire that supposed to have voltage when the key is on the ON position and it go tothe ecu.
-tried other ecu's and relays.
-all fuses are good.
i'm dumb founded i even started to tear apart the harness to see if there are any hidden fusible links
anything????????

 

have you tried replacing the power transistor

 

sounds like you need to replace the main relay

 

i have swapped out the mpi relay and no chanchge(got it from the junkyard and tested it with my meter)

yeah... i try to start it every couple of weeks
but it sat for a good month or a couple before i could run it...
then nothing

 

how do u have 12 volt at the relay but it will not click over?

 

if it has 12 volts it will click over or its bad

 

theres a constant 12 and a 12 that clicks it over(with the magnet)
thats y i can manually click it over and it will run
