Wanting to trade my 16" black c8s for some polished slips, si's or steelies with cash on top. Tires must be like new or i'll consider them wheels only.

No thanks. Figure it this way. Steelies = $50, Cash = $150...Total = $200.
He can easily sell these for $400+
You are going to need around $375+ to buy these with steelies.
