powdercoating 3 piece wheels

Hey guys, i'm looking for a place to powdercoat my work wheels. Need to powdercoat just the silver to black and keep the lip chrome. Where is a good place to powdercoat is this area? TIA!

Be careful with this. Cobra4b had issues with the powdercoat around where the bolts touch the face.
