Default Need help at the new home.....gas lines, etc.?

I'm lining up all the people I need for the new house I am buying but I still need someone that can run a short gas line to a new gas stove top and an extra fireplace. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. No backyard mechanics....someone that knows what they are doing/certified, etc. I don't want to blow my ass up. Also looking for a decent plumber for adding an inline water purifier and possibly a new tank-less water heater. I take possession next week and would like the work done soon. Thanks in advance guys.

Rich

Almost forgot- what would be the best set-up for internet throughout the house....WAP?.....electrical outlet network? I am open for suggestions.

My dad and I hard wired the whole house to internet. Its very easy to do if you got a few hours and the resources. That way you won't have to worry about shitty wireless connections and whatnot.

gigabit ethernet ports(or 4) in each room would be great. But I would also put wireless extenders in each room if possible.

WAP is convienant, but has it quirks. I'd just do a smart panel setup...great upgrade to your home. If you need any home automation done, PM me.

Thanks guys..............I'm going over there this afternoon to see what the previous owner has setup. I have to go with charter cable, so I am going to get their fastest service available (phone, internet and cable). I know there is a home security system installed and all his stereo crap is wired to a closet......just not sure what the exact setup is.
