I'm not sure how much your looking at spending or what all the details are(how much space is available) but Kiln Creek built a new strip of businesses right by Ruby Tuesday. I think they have about 3 or 4 open spaces left, so it might be worth checking out.

 

I think that head shop/biker place next to Dairy Queen and Starbucks on J Clyde is closing, its right by the Wawa and 64.....might wanna check that out.
