what is built specifically? Can you find out? This cars been up forever and nobody seems to know exactly whats done to the engine besides "built for turbo"

All I know is that my friend got it from a trade from a guy in Williamsburg. The guy built it for boost and was going to turbo it, but ended up trading it to my friend for his lude.
But I have talked to the original owner friends, and they all say that it has been built for boost but didn't tell me what was done. I will try to find out whats all been done.
