hey everyone..i got a 92 e30 and i was thinking of turboing it...im trying to get my hands on a conquest tsi and was gonna rob the turbo and intercooler and all from that...anybody ever done this or have any links to it being done...ive looked and cant find nothing...any help would be great...

The m20 is great motor and really loves forced induction. I'd suggest that you read up on both of those websites as they both have turbo e30 threads and faqs.

Isn't turboing a e30 pricey compared to other cars (civic, 240sx, etc)? I always just assumed that, but I've always wanted a turboed e30

An E30, not really.

But to turbo any of the newer inline-sixes, hellz yes. Kits start for over $6k and skyrocket from there.

Ahh...that's strange that they continued to produce only certain styles/trims on the E30 chassis, even after going to the E36. Crazy Germans.

 

I had been limiting my search for an E30 at 1991.

 

yeah its just 92 and only a vert...all else ends in 91...it screwed me up also...
