I know of a pure bred pitbull that was abandoned by her owners at a pet hospital and she is going to be free to adopt within the next couple of days. She needs to be adopted quick (in the next few days) or she will be sent to an animal shelter and euthanized. I have personally seen her and interacted with her, she is a very sweet dog, very pretty. She's the caramel/brindle color (the kind of swirly brown color of many pitbulls) and I know she has some white paws (not sure if all are white). She is a pitbull and she has the typical energy of pitbulls, so it would be ideal for someone who has owned a pitbull to adopt her. Anyways, here are some facts:

65 lbs when last weighed

pure bred Pit Bull (we know nothing about the lineage)

Color: Caramel/ Brindel

Spayed

No allergies

No known medical issues

Has all shots

Not dog-aggressive (a little timid at first but she warms up quickly.)

They have all of her medical records (not sure if they can give them out, but you can see them.)

Said to have been potty trained by previous owners.

if i didnt have a miniature schnauzer id def scoop this girl up! my lil guy would have heart failure if i brought home a rowdy bully breed. that if it ever came to a fight my buddy is pushing 14 yrs old. hes got plenty of spunk, but he couldnt keep up with a 2 yr old pitt. contact username "Vern" on here. hes a breeder and has lots of exp with pits. dunno if he has just a lil more room, but im sure someone will take her. why was she abandoned?

 

The owner dropped her off to be boarded and never came back to pick her up. She's been at this hospital in that cage for about 2 months. (She gets walked and taken care of, of course, but that's been her home for 2 months). And now she might be euthanized. It's sad.

Can you foster Cinnamon until a forever home can be found?

I know that a lot of rescues in our area are full in regards to foster room...

But if you can foster, that will help the rescues out a lot.

 

I did a courtesy posting on CL and received a reply from a Pit Rescue in the area.

I left VM for Yami and also CC'd her on my reply to the Pit Rescue.

Gonna need feedback on whether to move forward with this and coordinate something...
