Wouldn't an Si mean it was a 1.6L DOHC?
I had one of these babies recently that said Vtec and Si, but turned out someone had stolen the car and stripped it. Rear axle had drums and engine was not a Vtec. Sucked for me.

no the del sol si comes with a d16z6, the del sol VTEC comes with the b16
