i have a pretty loud humming that almost sounds like exhaust coming from the rear of my car. its loud inside the vehicle, almost like tire noise from the road, but i really dont think it is. its not my exhaust, because the sound doesnt change between shifts. is there anything else that could be causing a loud, deep hum? thanks in advance.

 

Super high flow fuel pumps sound like that.

But that's only like a 1000lph that does.

This might sound funny but my aem intake on my S2K is crazy loud, it sounds like a hum like your talking about. Just a thought.

 

it could be one of your hub bearings making noise, you can tell if it changes pitch while turning and changing lanes.

word...wheel bearings...jack up the rear....spin each wheel....ull hear it as u spin...thatll tell u which one...i jus replaced mine...sounded like i had a washing machine in my hatch...
