Default Murphys Auto Shop any good?

So my car got into a little accident. Insurace is covering it. Just wondering if the shop they recommended is good. Its Murphy's Auto Shop in Glen Allen. Any good or bad experiences?

Driving to Richmond on 95 last night and some pick up truck way up ahead had 3 packages fly out the cab of his truck. It was either hit the boxes, hit the guard rail or hit the semi next to me.

Luckily there was nothing really big in the boxes. Scrapped up the new MazdaSpeed bumper, knocked out the grill and part of it is hanging. And theres a nice dent on the roof from the secondary impact.

Fun times....
