I was wondering whats the difference in a single cam distributer and a ls both are non vtec. Can the single cam be used on a ls?

I haven't searched but whats the difference between a non vtec dizzy and a vtec dizzy???

I have seen some people say a dizzy is for a vtec motor or not for one, but I swapped a b16 dizzy on a ls motor and had no problems. So is there a difference???

 

The B series and D series share the same internals vtec or no vtec within the same OBD generation. It's the housings that are different...meaning the bolt patterns.
