i bought this bike complete for about 3000 2-3 years back and not that long after, it died.. well i sent off the motor for a high performance rebuild to www.passionracingengines.com (the premiere banshee builders) while that was getting done i fell down the rabbits hole and i tore the whole bike down. the frame is powder coated black chrome. going thru the suspension i added a durablue axle with adjustable widths a +2 jt racing swing arm with honda style axle carrier. up front wicked racing a-arms +2/+1 help handling along with works shocks custom built for the extended a-arms and a rider weighing around 200lbs. going from there new brake pads ss brake lines and ASV levers were installed. after assembling these parts. new ball joints, bolts, mounts,and odds and ends were installed.you know all the little junk you cuss about.. making sure the motor could breathe i scraped the intake and exhaust in favor of toomey t5 pipes with silencers and a proflow filter intake kit.. basically i got alot of money in this bike. i have plenty of extra's not listed here and not even installed yet. there is some hardware thats missing for mounting the plastic's but the main stuff is all there.
with out going into crazy detail the motor it has alot of port work done and high comression heads so it's running on 118.. yes you can run pump but you'd have to switch to lower compression domes.
i have alot more parts laying around most are new some are used.

Its gonna be hard to get 4 grand for it, i got mine on here also for $4000 and i have out frame drag pipes, 4mil stroker crank, 35mm carbs, been ported, cool head, 6 over arm, race cut plastic, paddle tires, drag front tires. But good luck with sell though, put OBO and someone might jump on it.

 

i might just part it out everything has less then 2 tanks of gas on it..

 

You'd be better to part it out. I just bought an '05 that looks brand new with: bored .20 over, cool head, 32mm carbs, twin filters, FMF full exhaust, temp gauge, extra wheels w/ paddle tires, a/c bumper, race plastic, nerfs, elka shocks, and a ton more for only $3k. And it came with a clean clear title. The engine in your bike is worth about $1000 by itself. Good luck
