Anyone know how much it would be to take my car to a shop and get my hondata intake manifold installed on my GSR. Really don't feel like trying to take it off and scrapping the old one and put the new one on. Its been sitting around for over a year now and im like hmm i think i should just put it on and hopefully get some better gas millage.

well if you do do it yourself ( i did mine ) then you will probably need a friend towards the end if the install is anything like mine cuz you will need someone to pull back the intake manifold while you take out the old gasket and replace it with the new one. Mine was a biznatch to install just cuz we didn't have the right tools and a bolt got stripped

 

your's is easier cause your intake manifold sits in the front, since you got the alien motor where everything is back wards.. its not that hard to change one in a b series though,, the only bitch is loosing the nuts that go on in the lower middle section of the manifold

 

yeah the bolts on the middle section were a bitch since we didn't have the right tools and one of them ended up stripping
