For sale/trade cheap 89 crx,with minor mods

well i havent had this long,maybe registered in my name for a week,i traded my accord to the previous owner before he moved out of state.Im looking to trade for a eg or da.It can be a automatic car if it has a back seat and ac.
358 miles to the tank!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is what the car has,of my knowledge:
Kyb gr2's with ground control coilovers.
D15b8 w/jdm d15b head.pulls hard as hell for a sohc
Crx si seats,black with red stitching,about a 6/10.
Bronze ls meshes with a polished lip with new tires 7/10.
Cd player with pioneers in the front and i forgot the name of the rears.
The car will be on a pr3 that is chipped and socketed to run vtec without any codes,done by ross at precision.
2 and 1/2 inch exhaust with no resiginator and a turbo muffler.
After market sun roof,with black/dark grey interior 7/10.
Itr rear lower control arms.
No name short ram.
No ac.
And all the mpfi wiring looks legit with no cel's.
Bad:
Car could use paint in the near future.
Driver side window comes off weather stripping track.
Driver seat bolster was ripped then re-sewen.
2nd gear grinds,if you dont push the clutch to the floor over 5k?i think it is the pressure plate,so it could use a new clutch kit.
I will trade this and up to 400 along with a brand new microsoft zune for a clean daily,must have ac.
As for picture i have none since i got it,by here are some from perviously owner:
