omg greaaaaaat cars, my dad used to have one. I reccomend rebuilding the engine with strong internals, then uppin that boost, and yes my friend you will fly. you know its funny with the abbundance of those cars around, theyre somewhat unpopular for drifting it seems?

I plan on getting a MKIII sometime next year. I like the look of them as well, reminds me of my Firebirds.

the only problems with them are the fact that they are slightly heavy (makes them more stable at higher speeds) and the 7MGT-E is prone to blow headgaskets. if you develop problems, mill the head (properly) and deck the block, use a metal (like HKS)headgasket and a good set of headbolts (either new Toyota or a set of ARP's) and you should be good to go!

stock exuast they run about 6.5 psi stock.. new exuast and downpipe and they will run ~8 psi..
10-11 psi is all you wanna really run on stock i/c and plastic pipes... stock turbo is good for about 12-14 psi.. then its time for an upgrade.

stock they have been known to run low 15's to high 14's.. though a few people have managed nice mid and low 1/4 mile times stock..

they are hard cars to get good launches.
