Anyone else planning on doing it?

1k swim (0.62 miles)

5k run (3 miles)

14 Mile bike

September 16!

shut up dan, i dont plan on winning the thing for my age group, but the guy who won my age group last year did it in 18 mins!!!

hey word itz chris....if u have no prob swimming that long consistently, u are probably both conditioned and are doing it efficiently....i need u to give me some tips on the efficiency.....did u plan on doing it? if so, i can help u with the running if u help me with the swimming, i also dont have a problem with biking

5K isn't too long. If you can do the others you should be able to do that w/o a problem. I worked out today then ran a 5K in this heat.

I wish I could just do the whole thing on a bike. I rode for about 5 hours the other day.

Mt bike. Most was an easy pace for the first hour or two, then it took some work to keep going.

mt bike on trails or on the street....i have a couple of trails buddies, but noone to "road" bike with, if u are ridin on the road, we should meet up to ride sometime soon
