Would this be safe?
Would it be ok to drive with 2 of 4 lug nuts on for about 10 miles?

Take the least populated roads as you can, and don't speed or take hard corners those two studs are doing the job of four.

I have concidered that but 2 of the 4 lugs are striped out.

Will they tighten down at all?
If they wont. Yea I'd say do it but I would go above 40 and thats pushing it IMO

I wouldn't drive 10 miles on 2 lugs. If you have to, just force them on as best you can - you'll want new lugs/studs anyway.
