Default Cold Air or Warm air

I drive an Integra LS 94 and i hear many stories of the differences between a cold air or a warm air intake and wondering if the difference is significant for the price difference. Thanks

cold air intake exits engine bay, short ram(you call "warm" air) stays in the engine bay

well yea i know that, i just dont know if the difference between the two is really worth the money. If there is a big difference then ill go with cold air but if not then i dont want to waste my money.
