House for rent
This is a great deal for some one who would like to find a spot to live for a few months till august, or lease for the whole year! I am subleasing my house for the next few months after may, so this could be a trial period to hold off till getting something else in august or lease for a whole year.
About .2 miles from the vcu campuse behind the rite aid store on the corner of W.Marshall. 3 bedroom townhouse with one occupant, going for $400 per month. Great foyer, deck, gas stove, and some furnishings included. Two bathroom kitchen and dining room. Move in on the week of may 15th and I will pay for the rest of rent in may!
