Does anyone know who drive a late model neon primered, lowered, loud exhuast... I think it's turbo'd not sure. I was at a resturant late week in saratoga square on rolling road, and these to guys came in and said theres two guy's "seem to be hispanic" in a black neon watching your car, sure nuff went to the window and there they were. they sat with the engine off then started it up circled through the parking lot and came back and sat for another minute or so then left. Seem suspect to me even though they ahve a neon and I have a celica. My uncle said maybe they wanted my black rims since looking at there car I could tell they pray painted there hub caps....but I don't even think toyota and dodge have the same bolt pattern. If you know let me know
