what would they look like on the 4runner? i dont know much about trucks as far as offset and stuff

 

15x10 is too big for your 4runner. If you have the larger caliper setup then 15s wont fit and you prob will have to grind the caliper to fit the 15x10s if you have the smaller sized caliper. I have some stock wheels that I might sell 265 75 16s its the 6 spoke style wheel with fresh tires if your interested.

Did you check this for sale thread? Should be a good fit and 4 rims for $185 isn't a bad deal.
