Default Landmark Honda Parts Departmen

Went by the Landmark Honda parts department to get some drain plug and fill plug crush washers for my Prelude along with some MTF and sundries. I specified that I needed both the DRAIN and FILL washers for the tranny and went to pay while he filled the order.

Came back and he gave me ten of the same washers. I said to him..that car has different size washers for the drain and fill ports. Parts guy..those are the right washers. Me: are you sure, could you check again. Parts guy (rudely): those are the right washers, no effort to confirm. I didn't feel like arguing with this guy so I left and procured the small washer elsewhere..but generally that parts guy was a dick and I wasn't impressed overall by the parts department. (OH AND BTW HE WAS WRONG..CAR TAKES TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF WASHERS)

I have been a customer of Landmark honda since I was 17 (i'm 24 now) and i've never.. let me reiterate NEVER had a problem with thier customer service, or quality of work.

then again everyone is human and makes mistakes sometimes.. if you didnt get a couple of washers.. boo fucking hoo, go and complain when there is something to complain about.

are you serious? the customer is ALWAYS right, it didn't matter if I KNEW the washers were the right ones, I would still have gone back and checked to make sure. The parts guy got an attitude and snapped at this guy? That's not right, and you don't have to take offense to the thread, seems like someone's bad mouthing a car dealership, not you, so you get over it.

A lot of times you're supposed to reuse the fill washer.
