Depends on what he was suspended for originally. If its for not paying a fine, all he has to do is pay the fine, bring the recipt to court and the judge will dismiss the charge. If the suspension was for a drug/alcohol violation he will probably be serving time, and face additional jail time for violating probation.

get a lawyer, & it'lll get reduced to a 3-point "driving w/out license" violation... or possibly dropped

I 2nd that!!! Robert Whitestone is a nasty man!!!! BUT you will PAY for what you get, he is not cheap

I had Jim Young when i got caught driving on suspended...they were going to throw me in jail...but i got 60days lose of license i think $300 fine and 1 yr probation. if got caught under a moving violation i would have spent 30 days in jail.

if the judge isnt an asshole he give u a warning and a fine. and further suspension. if u get a lawyer ask about 30 days jail sentence and 30 days suspended its somethin about the 30days suspension cancels the 30 day jail sentence. just ask him about it i have like 6 of those charges and im good.
