my roomate is moving out at the end of december and I need a roomate to help with the bills.....

Located in greenbrier off of Volvo Pkwy near The Greenbrier Country CLub

Room is normal size with window, own private full bathroom with 2 closets
Condo has main living room area with tv and stereo, plus game/movie room with projection screen and full surround sound for games and movies

It has a 1/2 garage, no parking in it, but has room for storage as my race equipment is stored there as well as tools and other misc stuff, but plenty of room left over....

I am a fairly clean person (not anal about cleanliness, but its kept nice) that is considerate of others in house and helpful.

Only stipulation is that I have a Dog, a yellow Lab.....he is very friendly and kind, loves attention......he is house trained and would not be anyone's responsibility but mine....
