Block challenges all bikers to "BRING IT" to the Northeast Dragway's Bike Fest on Sunday, October 22nd!! This will be an all bike racing day that will have the bikes up in the air trying to be King of the Hill in the 1/8th! The gates will open at 11am with Timed Runs from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. Grudge runs from 2:30 to 3:30 and a Gamblers race from 3:30 to 5pm. If you are a fast bike fan, this is one day of bike racing that you don't want to miss!!

Northeast Dragway, is that the one in Richmond? If it is, the last time I did one of those "all bike" nights, they rescheduled about 3 car classes to that night. About 80 bikes showed up and I made two runs. They decided that since all the cars had to run, that after a certain time, it would become eliminations for the bikes. First time ever on a 1/4 mile, so I had no idea what time to dial in. I got one practice run, then broke out on the first elimination heat...put it back on the trailer and watch cars for the next two hours...

Needless to say, it sucked real bad. Had to run a screw into my cut off switch for a safety...I had even lowered it, but without a short kickstand, I had to sit on it until I ended up putting it back on the trailer. The only thing I did confirm is that it won't power whoolie when lowered!

Do you have a website for it? I might still try it, but get there earlier and get some practice before I go!

 

E-city, 1/8 mile. I don't drag often, but I ran a 6.99 with my 1000, on a road race suspension set-up.

 

Ok, much better track...last time I was out there I got 7 or 8 runs in and a best of 7.7 @ 95mph on my 636...but I suck at launches!

pshhhht man yall drag times are crap i got the fastestest bike around here. shitz got a 12 foot long singarm and a custom fried chicken bucket holder built into the tank.

 

go down there and ride a wheelie down the 1/8 mile, you might beat a couple noobies! like me, lol.

 

One of my boys if he gets a bad launch will do just that stand it up the whole track......

 

do they have an open lot to play in? i wonder if they would let peeps stunt there...?

 

most of the grounds is dirt except for the access lanes.
