no garage unfortunantly... and i'll get back with u on the utilites i'm at work right now and i can't think off the top of my head but i know they are never much. and no pets at the moment but the landlord is cool as shit so he might be pursuaded.

Yeah... how many people are living in the place right now? sq ft.? Washer dryer, female roommate ( ), smoking, no smoking... a lot left out here buddy.

 

All the bills together run about 200 max, big screen tv, soon to be surround sound, cable, all furniture, fireplace, small backyard w/a small shed. 3 people right now me and my wife and another guy. washer dryer every appliance you could imagine even a cappachino machince somewhere... lol and no smoking. the soon to be empty bedroom is downstairs and tight with a queen size bed but with a full there would be plenty room. the only downside i guess is an old lesbian sheriff lives next door no ya... nothing illegal. (get my point)

total rent is 1400 split: $700 for the master (mine), $400 for the larger bedroom, and $300 for the smaller one. i'm sure if you wanted you could talk to the other rommate for the other room cuz he doesn't have shit but a bed in there if you need more room. i don't think i left anything out this time.. but if i did i'm sure someone will let me know.
