Ok heres the specs....

* my engine is DOHC ZC and im boostin it...
*450cc injectors DSM blue top
*ecu has been rechip for the 450 injectors
*pretty much the car is running really rich
* I ran the car for a whole year with no problem..except...its been rich since
*and now the car is not starting....it turns but it does'nt go all the way...
*I started the car earlier...with the car in gear...(1st) and it started...but it still bogs...
* ECU is blinking 1 and 9
please help if any good info ....will help me....

 

CHECK YOUR PLUGS??? COULD BE FOULED.. AND IS IT A OBD 1??? MAYBE O2 SENSOR...

 

when my integra did this i just replace the spark plugs and wires and it ran fine.

 

go to honda-tech.com and check to see what those codes are.

 

I think you might have soaked the rings, good job buddy

Get her tuned next time.

 

code 1 is a o2 sensor and 9 is the cylinder position sensor code 1 not to serious code 9 is however.....try finding another dizzy and see if that helps and get it tuned

 

On the ZC the CYP is located on the other cam, not in the distributor. Also has your car been tuned or just chipped? If it was just chipped then you need to get it tuned to get it to run properly. If it has been running rich I would recomend at least a new set of plugs, just make sure you get the correct heat range. You should also look at possably replacing the 02 while you are at it.

 

thanx guys....this will help me start fixing the problems....im going to start replacing the O2 sensors....and change the plugs...and I will go from there
