Sorry I said shocks for the title, i meant springs. How much better will 99 civic si springs be than my stock civic ex springs? I just want to know if it is even worth getting them. Oh and will it lower it at all. I'm mainly trying to improve the handling a little better for not a lot of money. Thanks

 

Don't buy them cuz its not worth it. You won't notice a significant difference at all. Just save up and buy some decent springs or coilovers.
