Default problems

i have a 90 Honda Civic 4dr.

Problems

Tach stopped working
Turn signals stopped working
When head lights are on the break lights stay on
When headlights are off breaklights dont work

Im going check the fuses tomorrow to see if thats why the turn signals dont work. Also, I will check the back of the gauge cluster to see if there is a reason the tach stop working. Would a ground be the reason for my headlight problem?
